Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
The application only touches files it creates in the Drive of an organisation that authorised it. It sells nothing, shares nothing, and never uses data for advertising or to train models.
Permission requested
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file: access restricted to files and folders the application itself creates in Google Drive.
Files that existed before the authorisation, and files created by other applications, remain unreadable to the application.
Data handled
- Files and folders created by the application in the organisation's Drive, at the organisation's request.
- The account's email address, read once at authorisation and at each connection, only to check that the application acts on the account it was authorised for, and no other.
- A Google authorisation token, stored on a private server operated by Decision Continuum, with access restricted to its administrator, never displayed and never transmitted to anyone.
Nothing else is collected: no mail, no contacts, no calendar, no location, no analytics, no trackers.
Health data
The application is not designed to process health data. Organisations in the health sector must not store patient data in the folders it manages.
Limited Use
Decision Continuum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Files stay in the organisation's Google Drive, which it owns and can delete at any time. Authorisation can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which makes the token immediately useless. On request, the stored token is deleted within seven days.
Third parties
None. Data is never sold, rented or transferred.
